3.2.10 Trap Event Configuration

The Trap Events Configuration function is used to enable the switch to send out the SNMP trap

information while predefined trap events occurred.

Parameter description:

Trap IP: IP address of the SNMP trap manager who can receive the traps. Two trap managers

are supported.

System Events:

Warm Boot Warm Start Management operation event

Cold Boot Power on event of the switch

Illegal Login Invalid login event

Port Events:

Link Up Port link up event

Link Down Port link down event

Rx error threshold Rx error over threshold event

Tx error threshold Tx error over threshold event

Error threshold The number of error packets in 5 seconds
